Beaunity Newsletter #5

The Beaunity Newsletter promises to deliver the most Beauty and proof of our Unity - with each other and Nature - from any newsletter on the web.

Seeing us All as Us

To articulate Unity more, um, scientifically, let’s get metaphysical this week.

When i say we are all One, i quite literally mean this as the only fact from which the rest of our shared subjective experience exists “on top” of, in some way.

Physicists come close to capturing it as they’re measuring and observing the smallest of particles.

No matter how much they measure and divide things to try to “get to it,” they simply won’t. For Oneness, by its nature, is indivisible. Nonetheless, it’s a lot of fun listening to them observe phenomenon and rely on metaphor to encapsulate truth.

This week’s video share highlights Michael Talbot. Speaking about Einstein and Bohm – theoretical physicists attempting to explain how particles are, in fact, One at the quantum level.

Efforts to try explain phenomenon like how twins share the same dreams – i know of twins who do – or how electrons divided respond to stimulus identically and instantaneously even when separated by distance – breaking Einstein’s theory of relativity. 11 minutes well spent but the first three are the most relevant from the link in the image above. Enjoy!

Neutral Milk Hotel: In the Aeroplane Over the Sea

i’m curating a list of perfect 10 records on my website. Click the link on the image and see those i believe you can play from start to finish. This library will grow. The first of its kind on the web. Musical masterpieces that, for their time, i feel were created from Source and also moved music forward.

This week’s nod goes to an album that will not be for everyone. The fuzzy guitars, lo fi production and the whale – at times – of Jeff Mangum’s voice may grate on some. Getting past these off-putting moments, if they happen for you, reveals tremendous, rollicking good fun. Shear beauty. A total masterpiece, end to end.

The vinyl copy of this in my hands brings me so much joy. From the art work to the lyric sheet and to the sing along masterwork that is the music inside. i return to this record just about anytime i’m on a road trip and feel like singing along. It’s just so healing.

i saw them in at the Pitchfork Music Festival in 2015 to find, to my delight, a bunch of aging indie misfits singing along like we were never lonely even once in our whole lives. This album is pure magic.

“i love you, Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ i love you, yes i do” – what could they have possibly meant?

Shout out to my dear friend Simon, found here on his home island. Simon leads our Burning Man camp, Soul Shakers. We’re all starting our journey toward the “playa” at the end of August. The amount of work this man does to pull this community together is inspiring.

Beaunity #5 End Notes:

i’m in a very fun stage of my book coming to life. Right now i’m in a design process, illustration process and final editing process. It’s getting so close i can feel the book in my hands. Hopefully before the year’s end.

Sending you all so much love. Thanks for being here. i am you. More to come…
